1. Who is the tenant?
We lease the property from you and become your tenant using a Company Let agreement that offers increased protection to you as the landlord. During this time the property will be occupied by screened and vetted tenants. As we are your tenants, you will only ever have to deal with us.
2. Why use us instead of an Estate Agent?
When renting out a property, there are lots of variables to take into account such as Estate agents’ management fees, void periods, tenant finder and inventory check fees. Too many hidden costs which affect your profit at the end of the month.
3. What is the maximum length of contract for guaranteed rent?
We provide landlords with flexible contract options, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years to meet your needs. For certain properties, contracts of up to 10 years are also available.
4. How is the property managed and maintained?
We offer a full property management service that includes taking care of day-to-day operations, tenant queries, and coordinating cleaning and inspections via our dedicated care and maintenance teams. Can you imagine a high street agent offering to refurb your property or arranging a fortnightly cleaner or a gardener? We look after the properties and treat them like our own so much that they are often in better condition at the end of the agreement term.
5. What happens at the end of the agreement?
Upon reaching the agreed term, we will explore additional options with you such as contract renewal/extension, returning of your property, or the possibility for us to acquire it outright. The choice is yours.
